Anchor Scripture: Isaiah 9:6 – “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given… and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

INTRODUCTION
The word “Wonderful” means extraordinary, marvelous, too amazing to explain.
When you truly know God, you won’t just call Him “God.” You’ll call Him “My Wonderful God.”
Because He is personal. He is near. He has done wonders in your life.
Psalm 145:3 — “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.”
Today we’ll see three things:
1. Who is this Wonderful God
2. What makes Him wonderful
3. How to respond to a Wonderful God
1: WHO IS “MY WONDERFUL GOD?”
1. He is Wonderful in Name – Isaiah 9:6
Jesus is called Wonderful. His name alone brings healing, deliverance, and peace. – Philippians 2:10
2. He is Wonderful in Works – Psalm 77:14
“Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.”
He parts seas, raises the dead, and turns impossibilities around.
3. He is Wonderful in Ways – Isaiah 28:29
“This also cometh forth from the LORD of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.”
His methods may confuse you, but they will amaze you.
4. He is Wonderful in Love – Ephesians 3:19
His love surpasses knowledge. It’s too wonderful to explain.
2: WHAT MAKES GOD WONDERFUL?
1. He is Wonderful in Power – Exodus 15:11
“Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?”
No situation is too hard for Him. – Jeremiah 32:27
2. He is Wonderful in Faithfulness – Deuteronomy 7:9
“Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God.”
He has never failed and He will not start with you.
3. He is Wonderful in Wisdom* – Job 42:2
“I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee.”
He knows the end from the beginning and He’s working it for your good. – Romans 8:28
4. He is Wonderful in Mercy – Lamentations 3:22-23
“His mercies are new every morning.”
Even when we fail, His mercy is wonderful.
3: HOW DO WE RESPOND TO A WONDERFUL GOD?
1. With Worship – Psalm 95:6: “O come, let us worship and bow down.” A wonderful God deserves wonderful praise.
2. With Testimony – Psalm 107:8: “Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!”
Tell people what He has done.
3. With Trust – Proverbs 3:5-6 – Because He is wonderful in counsel, trust Him even when you don’t understand.
4. With Obedience – John 14:21
When we obey Him, He manifests Himself as wonderful to us.
BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF GOD’S WONDERFULNESS
1. Moses at the Red Sea – Exodus 14:21 – God made a way where there was no way.
2. Daniel in the Lion’s Den – Daniel 6:22 God shut the mouths of lions.
3. The three Hebrew Boys – Daniel 3:25 God walked with them in the fire.
4. The Woman with the Issue of Blood – Mark 5:25-34 12 years problem ended in one touch.
5. Lazarus – John 11:43-44 four days dead, Jesus said “Come forth.”
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
In Jesus’ name, I decree:
1. The wonder-working God will do a new wonder in your life.
2. Every closed door, the Wonderful God will open for you.
3. What is impossible with men is possible with your Wonderful God – Luke 1:37
4. The counsel of the Wonderful Counselor will direct your steps.
5. Your mouth will be filled with testimonies of His wonders.
CONCLUSION
Child of God, don’t reduce God to your problems.
Your God is bigger than your mountain. He is My Wonderful God.
Exodus 15:2 — The LORD is my strength and my song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation.
When you call Him “My Wonderful God,” you are declaring ownership and intimacy.
Call to Altar: Is there anyone here who wants to experience this Wonderful God personally? Surrender your life. He is wonderful in saving.
Prayer: Father, thank You for being my Wonderful God. Do a new wonder in my life. Let Your name be glorified in me. Help me to trust, worship, and obey You. In Jesus’ wonderful name, Amen.
